Despite being open about her and their dad’s past drug use to their little girls, Bell confessed she was ‘worried’ about her mother finding out.

Bell also made it clear to viewers that her littles ones ‘fully know’ what mushrooms are as their dad, 46, taught them about his sobriety from alcohol and cocaine.

‘He’s really honest about what alcohol does to your body. How it makes you feel funny and odd things, and what drugs do to your body and why most drugs are illegal and all that stuff,’ she said.

This includes telling their kids that Santa Claus is not real.

‘They don’t think he exists, but they’re super happy and everything’s fine,’ Shepard explained.
